OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE

For all items ordered via the Shopping Basket, a confirmation will be sent immediately after the order is placed.   Most orders are shipped US Postal Priority Mail. All orders will only be charged $6 for the entire order.
We normally process orders within 12 hours. If not, we will contact you.
In-stock items should arrive at your door from 1 to 3 days.
Florida residents will be subject to state sales tax of 6 percent.

Credit card payments are handled through PayPal .  A PayPal account is not required, however if you ever need a partial refund, an account would be necessary.

We ship only within  the Continental United States. 
 

If, after 7 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item (with prepaid postage)  and get full purchase price. Unit must be in new unused, resalable condition. Please email first within 7 days. Please to not require signature verification.
 

RATPHONES LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Ratphones are guaranteed to be free of any defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the original purchaser owns them, with limitations as described herein. This warranty is not transferable and is valid only if the attached registration card has been completed and mailed within 14 days of purchase.

During the first 3 months, Detect USA will repair free of any charge, any failed component. After this time we will repair any failed internal component and charge transportation. You must contact Detect USA for return shipping charges.

This warranty excludes damage due to, but not limited to, abuse, accident, acts of nature, improper flexing, use in applications other than intended including liquid submersion, connection to power beyond the rated input, alteration or repair by an unauthorized person and is only valid for as long as Detect USA is manufacturing the model purchased and replacement parts are in stock or available economically.
